Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GA4 Sensei ("Service"), operated by GA4 Sensei ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. What GA4 Sensei does

GA4 Sensei connects to your Google Analytics 4 property and, optionally, your Google Tag Manager container to run configuration audits, surface issues, and, only when you explicitly request it, apply fixes to your GA4/GTM configuration on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must have the authority to grant GA4 Sensei access to the GA4 properties and GTM containers you connect (e.g. as the property/container owner, or with the owner’s permission).

3. Google account access & auto-fixes

Connecting your Google account grants GA4 Sensei read-only access to audit your GA4/GTM configuration. Making changes on your behalf (an "auto-fix") requires separate write permission, and every change is shown to you for explicit confirmation before it is applied to your live GA4 property or GTM container. You are responsible for reviewing what a fix will do before approving it. We are not liable for configuration changes you approve.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through Razorpay.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access GA4 properties or GTM containers you don’t have authorization to audit or modify
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product
• Use the Service in a way that violates Google’s API Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policies

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Audit findings and recommendations are provided to help you improve your GA4/GTM setup, but we don’t guarantee they are complete, error-free, or suited to every business or compliance requirement. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your own analytics configuration and for meeting any legal or regulatory obligations (e.g. consent management, data protection law) that apply to your business.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA4 Sensei will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from auto-fixes you approved or from configuration changes made to your GA4/GTM setup. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
